A graduate from the University of Waterloo, Canada and with her initial job experiences in the shipping industry and brand management, she brings a unique blend of criteria to the table, ensuring timely responses, understanding market trends, juggling multiple projects and understanding the importance of attention to detail and smooth transactions.

Suelan is a proud member of both BEAVA (Barbados Estate Agents & Valuers Association) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), bringing global standards and local insight to every transaction. From the rolling greens of the luxury Apes Hill Golf Resort where she served as Senior Resort Sales Executive, to the vibrant lifestyle properties along the south coast, Suelan has worked across the island helping clients navigate everything from luxury investments to first homes with care and clarity earning her a reputation for integrity, market insight and client first service.

But beyond the listings and negotiations, Suelan is a people person. A Trini to the bone, Suelan believes in good vibes, great music, and an even better lime. She loves to travel, meet new faces, and learn about different cultures and life stories. Her warmth, work ethic, and sharp market knowledge make her more than just an agent. Outside of real estate, Suelan enjoys time with her supportive husband, three amazing boys, and their two beloved dogs who keep her company when she’s not on the road.
